MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies business opportunities, conduct market research to find selling possibilities
and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and
social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and
concerns
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry
trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
Experience:
Minimum relevant 2 to 5 years’ experience in China market related to sales/ trading/Export of
FMCG/Food items.
Professional Skills:
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Customer service skill
Peoples skills –
- Hands-on Mentality;
- Pro-Active;
- Strong Communication Skills;
- Flexible, Hard Working;
- Fluent in English and Chinese native languages.
Computer Skills –
- Very good in MS Office, MS Outlook, Emails drafting,
- Presentation skills

Key account sales manager

We are also hiring a sales manager for Chinese market, who is specializing in FMCG ( A-brand Mineral water, beer, wine, liquors, confectionery, etc.), if you have experience in dealing with big e-commerce platforms, retailers, traders etc, we are welcoming you to be a part of us!

• Working place in Dubai
• At least 3-5 years year experience in same field
• Bachelor/master’s degree
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Key account sales skills and negotiation techniques
