We are currently recruiting for a professional and detail - oriented team member to join our department.

Position: Customer Service Representative
 
Responsibilities
1. Responsible to support the development of logistics and supply chain solutions.
2. To cooperate with head office to respond to existing customer requirements.
3. To contact customer to get understanding of requirements, handle data analysis.
4. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
 
Qualifications
1. At least 1 - 3 years experiences in Warehouse/ Transport operation, Logistics Solution or related field.
2. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, warehousing and transportation designing is an advantage.
3. Strong analytical and numerical skill is mandatory.
4. Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications is a must.
5. Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure.
6. Good Command of communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.
